In response to your request for proposal, our team has examined the drawings provided for the execution of the above-named
subject. We AVENUE CREATIVITY TECHNICAL SERVICES, offer to execute complete and hand-over therein in conformity
with this offer which include all the requirements specified in the bill of quantities, for a total sum of 37,117.5 / Dirham with vat.

If this offer is accepted, we will provide the work schedule of the above-mentioned scope with the commencement date,
completion & handing over along with our terms and conditions. Unless there is any other revision or changes you may require,
your acceptance of this offer shall constitute a binding agreement between us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This BOQ is based on the Documents / Drawings submitted to the client. Any change in design / specifications will subject to
change in prices & revision of quote.
2. Any variation or changes made is subjected to revision.
3. Temporary electricity & water to provide by the client.
4. For any cancellation of few items/deduction in quantity from the quotation once its approved, the client should be liable to pay
a compensation sum of the cancelled items including VAT as per law.
5. Authorities approval not our scope

PAYMRNT TERMS:
40 % advance payment
40 % Work progress
20 % after completion.
