Scope to include for Supply and Delivery and remedy any defects of the items as detailed above including all Loose Material.
The Fitted Joinery and Loose Furniture to be as per the Specifications and Drawings all as per the Architect design. The
contractor should visit the site to confirm the dimensions as per site conditions. The work is to be executed in two phases.

Payment Terms:

50% Advance
40% upon Delivery of items
10% upon Installation
