 WARRANTY POLICY

SPANTECH ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. (hereafter referred to as SEPL) expressly extends warranty
to the Heatless Air Dryer against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and
operation, as per terms of the warranty listed below. If any Compressors are part of the Systems,
they will not be covered by this warranty but will be covered separately by the Original Equipment
Manufacturer's warranty.

The SEPL Warranty includes the following:

Free repair or replacement of component parts where defects occur within the first twelve
(12) months from date of commissioning or Fifteen (15) months from the date of Invoice,
whichever is earlier.

These warranties shall be null, void, inoperative, and not binding upon SEPL because of the
following:

1) If a defect or malfunction occurs due to incorrect maintenance of the Air Compressor due to
which the feed air quality, pressure and temp. is affected resulting in occurrence of fault in
the Equipment or any part thereof

2) Repair, attempted repair, adjustment or servicing by any party or person other than an
authorized representative of SEPL. This warranty shall extend and apply to the above-
referred equipment only while said system is owned and used exclusively by the original
purchaser.

3) Malfunctioning of any parts/equipment due to incorrect operation or maintenance which is not

in accordance with the recommendations mentioned in the Pre-Installation Instructions and
User Manual of SEPL.

4) Damage to any parts/equipment during transit, shifting, erection and storage

5) Operation of the System beyond its designed parameters of flow rate, pressure, temperature
and purity

6) Defects arising due to external circumstances beyond the control of SEPL and the User due
to occurrence of natural calamities and other acts of God, terrorist attacks, sabotage by
internal and external parties or
