1.0 BACK GROUND

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) is developing the Bantumilli South field located
about 15 Kms. from Bhimavaram town. ONGC has proposed to set up Skid Mounted Production
Facility on HIRE BASIS along with Operation and maintenance for Three Years to produce oil and
gas from the existing well BTSAD and upcoming wells
2.0 IMPORTANT NOTES / REQUIREMENT FROM VENDOR
1.0 Technical Offer:

Technical offer consisting of minimum following information in documents:

1. Data Sheet with all technical specification for Power generator (Gas Genset).
2. Data sheets shall have minimum information like Type, Make, Model, Capacity, Design
Limits, Standard codes considered for Design/manufacturing etc.,
3. Codes & Standards
4. Tentative GA of proposed Model
5. Fuel Consumption in Sm3/hr at 100% Load, 75% Load, 50% Load. Efficiency & power
factor also to be confirmed at various loads.
6. Tentative loading data at base & foundation requirements
7. Emission parameters to meet as per latest CPCB norms. Vendor to confirm the same.

2.0 Commercial Offer:

Commercial Offer shall consist of:
1. Cost of Power Generator with all accessories, Ex-work basis.
2. Detail of Manufacturing location.
3. Delivery Period. (Delivery period shall be limited to 04 months from the date of LOI from
HAL, since Project completion time is only 08 months). This is strict requirement &
vendor to consider accordingly.
4. Shall include all documentation requirements as per bid.

3.0 SCOPE FOR VENDOR

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Supply, & Commissioning as per the detailed
engineering documents duly approved by DEC/Client/HAL of the following.

Power generator (Gas Gen set)

1. Capacity- 100 kW
2. Vendor shall include Supply of all necessary BOP equipment in Package viz. Engine exhaust
system, Engine cooling system, Fuel gas system, Lube oil system, Engine starting system,
Electrical Power & control system, First fill of lube oil & coolant for commissioning.
3. Acoustic Enclosure to be provided. Sound level as per CPCB norms.
4. Gas Scrubber/Gas filter /Gas cleaning requirement at Fuel gas Inlet to be provided.

4.0 OTHER REQURIEMENTS

1. Inspection will be carried out by HAL organized TPI as per approved QAP.
2. ONGC suggested vendor list is not applicable for this requirement. Vendor can select their standard
sub vendors for the bought-out items. However, selected vendor shall be reputed & shall produce
acceptable PTR, if requested.
3. Vendor to provide 3 Year operation Mandatory spares list along with itemized Price break up as
applicable.
4. Vendor shall recommend & furnish the list of erection & commissioning spares & supply these spares
along with base Package.
5. List of special tools & tackles, if applicable, shall be furnished by the vendor along with the main offer.
6. Training to customer personnel at Site/OEM premises.
