Our Company M/s. HAL Offshore Limited, having a registered office at 32 Corporate Avenue,
4B&C, Off. Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai – 400 093, India, we are involved with
various projects with Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) in India.

Our Company M/s. HAL Offshore Limited and M/s. ETA Process Plant are tied up with an ongoing
project with M/s. Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., India and we would like to extend an Invitation
to Mr. SEAN MACDONALD working as a Engineer for M/s. ETA Process Plant – A Division of
Koch Chemical Technology Group Ltd., having an office at First Floor, Three Counties House,
Festival Way, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 5PX (Sat Nav ST1 5PU) to visit India.

Mr. SEAN MACDONALD would like to visit India from 26th FEB 2020 and will be staying up to two
