SUBJECT: One UNITS TESTING/COMMISSIONING/STARTUP FOR ONLY ONE CHILLER

Respected Sir,
We thank you for giving us the opportunity to quote for 1 Nos: Chiller testing, commissioning &
startup only.

A. (SCOPE OF WORK CHILLER unit no 1)

Description

Replacing Old Compressor & fitting new compressor inside the chiller----------------1
Replacing lube oil filter
Replacing drier core
Nitrogen, pressure testing Vacuuming & recharging,24 under observation
Supply of 134A Gas as peer unit required
Supply of Train original oil as per unit required
B. SCOPE OF WORK- Checking and Inspection of the Mechanical & Electrical Parts
Only.
1) Cleaning, Inspect and Pressure and leak tests of refrigerating piping systems ensure that the
system has been properly evacuated and leak-tested.
2) Cleaned, flushed and pressure tested for leaks
(i) Starting and running current;
(ii) High and low pressure cut-out;
(iii) Compressor suction and discharge pressure;
(iv) Evaporator entering and leaving coil temperature
(v) Condenser entering and leaving coil temperature,
3) Check that the units are correctly wired up
4) Check all mechanical & Electrical

After 24 hours of observation, Testing, commissioning, then hand over to the client with professional
operation report including operation parameters etc.

NOTE: If there will be a situation to changing in your Nano computer operating system
then you will
called the train chiller operator for required changing, our technician will
not liable for that job.

The total value for the above work is A &B&C (BD 8,900.000)
(EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED BAHRANI DENAR)
WARRANTY:

only compressor warranty 12 months

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITION: (70% advance & 30% after completing of job &

commissioning.)
START OF WORK:

After Approval of this quotation & receipt of formal order and payment as
mentioned above.
As we soon get the compressor, the job will be completing in one week.
VALIDITY OF OFFER:

ONE WEEK
