 -:TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF DG SET:-

ENGINE:
Suitable for Gen -Set application complete with Radiator, Air Cleaner, Lube Oil Filter, Fuel Filter,
Silencer, 12 / 24 Volts Electric Starting System Comprising of Starter, Battery Charging Unit,
Instrument Panel Consisting of starting switch, Battery Charging Ammeter, Lube Oil Pressure gauge
etc.

ALTERNATOR:
Leypower Make 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 0.8PF, 50 Hz Self Excited & Self Regulated Alternator rated at
1500 RPM with ‘H’ Class Insulation. Under normal Conditions the Voltage Regulation will be ± 5% (for
static type) and ± 2.5% (for brush less type). Single Phase Alternators shall be supplied as optional up
on customer request.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:As per the specifications enclosed.

STANDARD MANUAL CONTROL PANEL (MCP):

Integral type totally enclosed sheet metal cubical type Control Panel suitable for the above D G Set
with the following components.

VAF Digital Meter ( Volts, Amps and Hertz with selecting options ), 3 no.s of CT’s of suitable rating,
Indicating Lamps for ‘Load On’, ‘Set Running’, MCB up to 45 KVA (MCCB for rating above 63 KVA),
KW cum KWH Digital Meter for 125 and above KVA DG Sets). The control panel will be complete with
necessary internal control wiring cables, Power cabling from alternator to control panel but without
connecting cables form Panel to your load. AMF Panel supply is optional in-lieu of MCP.

BASE FRAME: Skid mounting type integral base frame suitable for mounting of E / A Set, Enclosure,
Manual Control Panel, Diesel tank and battery(s) etc. in-built hooks.

FUEL TANK: Suitable size of 8 Hours Capacity on full load with necessary hard ware fittings.

STARTING SYSEM: Self starting 12 / 24 V Battery(s) with Leads and mounted on battery / ies stand.

EXHAUST SYSTEM: Residential Type Silencer with necessary Flanges, Flexible bellow, MS Pipe etc.
duly fitted with engine exhaust manifold.
 -:ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF DG SET:-

Construction:- The Acoustic Enclosure shall consists of self supporting frame work put together with
help of fasteners, which is for assembling and dismantling. The Enclosure is fabricated with 18 / 16 /
14 SWG CRCA Sheet Steel and will be fixed on heavy duty MS / CRCA base frame of the acoustic
enclosure. The doors are provided to enable the maintenance of the Gen set. The enclosure shall be
self supporting and is integral part of DG Set.

Sound proofing of the container inner part is filled with POLY URITHIN Foam (25 / 30 / 40 mm
thickness of 64 Kg per Cu. Mt. density) which is selected to give optimum result for sound observation.

Air Ventilation System:- The inlet air ventilation system is designed based on requirement of air
used for Combustion of Engine and Cooling of Radiator coolant. The hot air is taken out through hot
air expansion chamber of the enclosure and the same flows out through sound proof louvers.

Painting:- All parts of the Enclosure and Base frame treated with Seven Tank process. After above
process Powder coating will be done as per Leyland Colour Scheme.

Performance:- The average free field noise level at 1 Mt. from the outer surface of enclosure will be
maintained within 75dBa. For sound level testing as per CPCB norms free field conditions are required
which shall be carried out at our works only.

Site Requirement:-

01. There should be adequate openings, for fresh air to flow in to the Enclosure.

02. There should be adequate space in front of the radiator for free flow of hot air from the Radiator /
Enclosure.

03. If required additional Exhaust pipe line to be extended by yourself.

Note: The above DG Sets are latest STAGE- II CPCB Norms Compliance Engines.

F.O.R: Transportation Included

Payment Terms:40% Advance along with the Purchase Order and balance 60% against Proforma
Invoice before dispatch of the DG Set. In the event of order cancellation 10% of order value shall be
forfeited. No CASH transaction is allowed. If paid in CASH company shall not held the
responsibility for the non-credit of the amount in company’s account.

. Delivery: 1 week after receipt of Techno-Commercial Clear Order along with Advance.

Validity: 20 days from the date of this offer.

Warranty: Acoustic enclosure, control panel and other standard accessories carry one year warranty
for any manufacturing defects. Alternator carries 2 years & Engine carries 2 years or 5000
running hours from the date of billing of DG Set whichever is earlier.For DG Set of rating above 10kva,
for 5kva alternator carries 1 year & Engine carries 1 year or 5000 running hours from the date of
billing of DG Set whichever is earlier
