01. DUE DATE:- Your offer should reach this office by – 15/05/2019
02. VALIDITY:- Validity of your offer should be at least for- 120 days from the date of opening
of offer.

Bidders are requested to furnish GSTIN as well as HSN/SAC code details alongwith
documents. GSTIN should be printed on offer. Input tax credit has to be considered under
the provision of relevant act while submitting the offer.

05. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:- Offer should be accompanied with E.M.D. worth Rs. 2000/- in
the form of DD/drawn in favour of the Sr. Account, Officer, MPPGCL, Sarni payable at
SBI/UBI Sarni. Normally following are exempted from depositing EMD
(i) SSI units registered with NSIC for the offered items.
(ii) SSI units registered with Central Govt./Govt. of M.P./Ancillary of MPSEB/MPPGCL.
(iii) Fully owned Govt. units.
06. PAYMENT:- 100% payment within 45 days from date of receipt of material at site (date as
mentioned in MRC) complete in all respect, or on turn as per queue whichever is later.
MPPGCL shall not be liable for any interest for delayed payment.
07. PENALTY:- The date of dispatch of goods stipulated in the offer will be as the essence of
the enquiry in case of any delay in execution of the order this office may have following
option:-
i. Impose a penalty @ ½ % (half percent) per week subject to maximum of 10%
of the value of the material supplied late.
ii. Purchase material from elsewhere at supplier’s risk.
08. SECURITY DEPOSIT:- Nil.
09. GUARANTEE:- 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months the date of supply
whichever is earlier.
10. Mode of dispatch and freight charges:-
a. Freight charges:- the bidder should quote firm unite freight charges applicable for
respective destination variable freight charges or quoted on lump sum basic shall not
be accepted.
b. Dispatch:- material is to be dispatch be Road /Rail on door delivery basic. No Detention
charge shall be paid by MPPGCL.
11. CONSIGNEE:- EE(Store-II), STPS, MPPGCL.
12. JUSTIFICATION OF QUOTED PRICES:- In this regard please enclose the following:-
i. Manufacture’s original price list.
ii. Photocopies of the order same / similar items received from other Govt. / Semi
Govt./ Public Sector UT, Elect. Board / Companies etc.

13. SPECIFICATIONS/ MAKE :- Full specification of the offered item may please be given
Deviation, if any, should be mentioned clearly.
14. SUBMISSION OF OFFER:- A] The offer envelope, should be sealed and shall have
prominently super scribed with following details:

15. TRANSIT INSURANCE :- As the MPPGCL has discontinued open insurance policy long back.
Therefore it is requested to ensure safe delivery of material at site store and MPPGCL shall
not pay/ reimburse any amount towards insurance. Please accept and confirm.
