TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Above charges are only provisional, the final bill of charges will be based on the actual number of tests
conducted.
2. The above charge includes Mounting, Photo of Test Setup, Testing, dismantling duration of Two Days.
Any additional day occupation of test bay will be charged extra at the rate of Rs. 5950/- per day.
3. Payment shall be made by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Accounts Officer, C.P.R.I”. Alternatively
payment can also be made through Electronic Transfer (RTGS/NEFT). The details of the same is
enclosed.

5. The Proforma Invoice shall not be used for Cenvat purposes
6. For arrangement of Temporary connections and other details related to the test sample please refer
Annexure – I
7. The offer is valid for a period of 30 days only from the date of receiving the quote.

The test dates will be allotted after payment of test charges.

1. The temporary Connections shall be provided with proper lug on one side of the conductor to
connect to the current source.

2. The relevant fuse elements with dimensions shall be provided by the customer for each set of
DOFs.

3. The sample submitted for testing should contain the name plate details with Sl. No. And the same
to be specified in the drawing if drawing needs to be certified by CPRI and included in the test
report.

4. Test will be performed only at the existing ambient conditions of the laboratory.

5. The bank details for making advance payment are as under.

Note: The terms & conditions as enclosed in the mail attachment shall be followed by the customer at the
time of testing. Copy of the same is available at www.cpri.in. The actual test charges will be as per revised
tariff prevailing at the time of billing.
