02. VALIDITY:-
Validity of your offer should be up to 120 days from the date of opening of offer.

05. EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT:-

Offer should be accompanied with EMD/ worth Rs. 2000 in the form of DD drawn in favour
of the Senior Accounts Officer, MPPGCL, SARNI/ Cash receipt, Normally following are
exempted from depositing EMD:-
(i) SSI Units registerd with Central/ MP Govt. ancillary of MPSEB/MPPGCL
(ii) Fully owned Govt. Units
(iii) Permanent EMD.

06. PAYMENT:-
100% Payment in 45 days or on turn as per queue which ever is after. The MPPGCL shall
not be liable for any interest.

07. PENALTY:-
The date of dispatch of goods stipulated in the offer will be as the essence of the enquiry in
case of any delay in execution of the order this office may have following option:-
(i) Impose a penalty @ 0.5% (half percent) per week subject to maximum of 10% of the
value of the material supplied late.
(ii) Purchase material from else where at supplier’s risk.

08. SECURITY DEPOSIT:-

If order value exceed Rs.30,000/- the successful bidders have to deposit SD at the rate of
10% of the total cost of material before commencement of supply i.e. there from of Bank
Guarantee of Bank Draft for the faithful execution of supply. The Security deposit shall be
retained till Guarantee period is over. (Firms registered with SSI have to furnish SD @ 5%).
09. GUARANTEE:-
12 Months form the date of commissioning or 18 Months from the date of supply, whichever
is earlier.
10. SAMPLE:-
(a) Please send the sample o the offered material along with the offer if possible.
(b) If required, the sample shall have to be got approved before bulk supply.

11. DESPATCH OF MATERIAL:-

(a) THROUGH RAILWAY:- The material should be dispatched upto Betul Railway
Station which is situated on Itarsi- Nagpur of Central Railway in Betul Dist. of (M.P.)
Destination code is Betul- Phone No,. 07146-238910.
(b) THROUGH ROAD:- Material should be dispatched preferably through TCI of door
delivery basis. Nearest TCI Godown is at Betul, Contact Telephone No. 07146-
238910.
12. JUSTIFICATION OF QUOTED PRICES:-
In this regard please enclose the following:-
(a) Manufacturer’s original price list.
(b) Photo copies of the order same/ similar items received from other Govt./ Semi Govt./
Public Sector UT, Elect. Boards/ Companies etc.
13. SPECIFICATIONS/ MAKE:-
Full specification of the offered terms may please be given Deviation if any should be
mentioned clearly.
14. SUBMISSION OF OFFER:-
(A) The offer envelope should dbe sealed and shall have prominently superscribed with
following details:-
(1) Enquiry No. due date and subject.
(2) Details of EMD, if any.
(3) Overwriting, on the offer is not acceptable.
