With reference to the above subject and further to the telecom discussion had with your good

01. Scope of work:

Thermal Spray Aluminium Coating (TSAC) on your MS material at your site.

02. Our Scope:

a) All Machineries and tools and tackles to carry out the job will in our scope.
b) Technical and non- technical team with all PPE’S will be in our scope
c) All Consumables like Aluminum Wire will be in our scope.

03. Your Scope:

a) Surface preparation by abrasive blasting will be in your scope.
b) Power/Gas for Arc Spray /Flame spray method & Air compressor will be in your scope.
c) Site Office, Store & Water will be arranged by you.
d) To/Fro Transportation will be your scope.
e) Accommodation for our Skilled Labours will be in your scope.
04. Rate Schedules:

(TSAC) as per IS: 5905, BS: 2569 (Part I & II), BS: 5493 Lump

to the thickness of minimum 80-100 Microns on your sum
MS Material at your site.

05. Terms of Conditions:

a) The price quoted is Ex-your plant at Pune.
b) Applicable tax 40% on Supply part [CST @ 14.5% or CST @ 2% against `C’ Form] & 60% on
Service Part @ 12.36%.
c) Payment: 30% advance along with order 70% after completion of Job.
d) Our final invoice will be raised on the physical area jointly measured.
e) This offer is valid for 15 days from the date hereof.
f) TSAC Quality Analysis report will produce After completion of Job.
g) Subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.

06. Commencement of Work:
