 The Purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Client about rates for Tape
Coating of Steel pipes at CPF, Makori on the ZUCS’s minimum requirements for Financial
Proposal.

Consultant’s Organization:

M/S Zari Underground Construction Services was incorporated in 2006. The head Office of
the Company is situated at 2nd Floor, Shehbaz Plaza, bank Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
We take pride in stating that Zari Underground Construction Services is fast growing company
which is now geared up for undertaking Network Developing including HDD Projects, Hot Tapping
and pipeline maintenance for meeting requirements in the vast field of Networks.

Location of Job:

 CPF (Makori)

ZUCS’s Responsibilities during Tape Coating Services:

 Mobilization of technical staff and tool/equipment to job site.
 Equipment & accessories/ all required safety equipment.
 Technical Assistant.
 PPE’s of all workers at job site will be the ZUCS’s responsibility.
 ZUCS will be responsible for proper care & safety of its tools and materials.
 The work will be carried out with the entire satisfaction of the supervising Engineer or any
other person nominated by the Client.

Client’s Responsibilities during Tape Coating Services:

 PTW will be in client’s responsibilities.
 Client will provide power supply at job site (if required).
 Access to the job at site, Scaffolding (if required).
 Client will provide food, boarding & lodging at site.
 Minimum 3 days will be charged in a one mobilization.
 A detailed verification report will be signed by Client’s representative after completion of
every job.

Terms and Conditions:

 Sales Taxes are not included in quoted price.
 Quoted rates are without PCR for COVID-19 (If Required)
 The job will start 72-96 Hrs. after receiving of work order.
