 Generate production plan for next 3months rolling plan and work on its

 Formulate weekly production plan and material requirement plan (from BOM)
based on monthly fixed production plan.
 Continuous vendor monitoring and maintained detailed documentation in contract
management
 Developed and implemented specific Vendor Management Plans for new vendors

Provide Production team and vendors with the production schedule and work
orders as required, ensure timely availability of resources, monitor, and control the
movement of items and progress of work.
 Work with Production team for capacity planning, scheduling, sequencing and
loading activities for achieving the daily tasks; assess progress and make changes, if
required.
 Coordinated schedules and requirements, with outside vendors for production and
with other department to determine most efficient way to produce product and
meet customer requirement.
 Monitor daily production with respect to weekly production plan, initiate actions to
make up for any shortfalls; compare and report actual production against the daily
schedule.
