Distribution Channel
As we know the outbreak of crona virus all over the world and all the economies has been
disturbed due to this pandemic situation. There are many companies in Pakistan and all over the
world having disturbed supply chain due to this ripple effect so here we want to explain the
distribution strategy to overcome the shortage of material which will also help to minimize the
effect of spread of this chronic disease and will also be able to deliver the finished product

Finished Products (Shortage and delivery to end customer)

1. Soap and water
2. Bleach solution
3. Sanitizer
4. Ventilators
5. Face Mask
6. Tissue paper
7. Cholroquine
8. Fruits
9. Panadol
10. Anti Bacterial Hand wash
11. Lavender oil

To overcome on the shortage of finished product that is directly used in this current situation. her
should be a strong distribution channel in every city that will maintain stock of these products
and distribute to all the convenient store in the city.

Government should need to give the subsidiary to the general public like they should need to run
the medical mobile transport in every city that will deliver door to door and provide the required
product.

There should be online store and there stock should be in every district or city to provide these
products in a very good manner.

There should be a strong supplier in the country that will provide raw material to all needed
industries who are manufacturing these finished products but for this raw material there should
be a strong relations with supplier in all over the world who provide raw material to industries
