Dear Sir,

requirement for the calibration & certifications of Instrument, please do find our competitive

 All the prices are exclusive of Tax, as applicable and shall be escalated as per
government polices if applicable during the process of contract execution.

 Any other instruments apart from quoted above can also be calibrated & certified at
our laboratory for which, quotation will be submitted accordingly.

 Tags & traceable Calibration Certificates will be provided valid for one year
frequency.

 Collection & delivery of instruments shall be arranged by MAK Engineering.

Job : 2-3 working days.

Payment : 100% against completion of job.

Validity : 30 days from date of quotation

Scope of Work: The services offered by us will include calibration of the above listed
equipment, and issuance of calibration certificates for calibrated equipment.
The work requires removal of the equipment from the point of application
for which servicemen have to be provided by you. Some of the items will
have to be taken to our premises for calibration.

Defective
equipment: Any equipment found to be defective or un adjustable will have to be
repaired or replaced by you, or by us at an additional cost.
