TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
1 Payment Terms:

Payment Terms: 100% in advance.

VAT will be charged as per Govt rules and regulations with all invoices (VAT Registration No. 310164608300003).
P.O. Must be issued before commencement of services. Account details are given below.

2 Terms & Conditions:
3 Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days, Delivery -in general- would be under customer responsibility. TOVE
LEEDS is NOT RESPONSIBLE to any damages or delays during the transportation.
4 Customer must submit manual and accessories along with the instrument.
5 Incidental Repair. TOVE LEEDS shall issue a report for out-of-tolerance and defective instruments. If repair is required,
a separate quotation shall be issued. If the quotation is approved, no separate assessment fee will be invoice.
6 Customer must be responsible to provide a controlled environment for onsite calibration process as applicable.
7 If the instrument fails calibration, TOVE LEEDS shall do the adjustment at no additional charges wherever possible. If
adjustment is not possible, a report with actual readings shall be provide.
8 Type is defined as Traceable for Traceable Calibration, Accredited for Accredited Calibration, Site for Onsite
Calibration, Verification for Functional Verification, Repair for Repair, and calibration. TOVE LEEDS is having IAB is
independent accreditation body.
9 Validity of this quotation is 30 days from its date.
10 Not Quoted means that the instrument mentioned is beyond our capability as of this time.
11 Cancellation. No submission or cancellation of any item after the price has been agreed and confirmed in the form of
purchase order by the customer shall not be allowed. In this case the PO amount will be fully charged.
12 Calibration Interval. TOVE LEEDS will provide the calibration due date on the calibration certificate and sticker unless
the customer declines to have it prior to the calibration service. By default, Toveleeds will follow the manufacturer's
recommended calibration interval unless otherwise specified by the customer.
13 TOVE LEEDS shall not be liable for instruments not claimed more than 6 moths.
14 Quote Acceptance. Customer must sign on this quote or shall issue a Purchase Order as acknowledgement that he agrees
with the terms & conditions.
15 After calibration of each instrument, a calibration certificate will be issued, certifying the equipment was calibrated to
within manufacturer's specification or in cases the manufacturer's specification is not available, the equipment deviation.
from the nominal value shall be mentioned in the certificate without pass/fail decision.
16 Any equipment that was not calibrated for any reason will be deducted from total amount value when invoiced with no
liability.
17 TOVE LEEDS will apply National or International Standards test and calibration methods. In case applicable procedures
are not available, Toveleeds will use locally developed methods or non-standard methods subject to customer’s approval.
18 Accredited Calibration: TOVE LEEDS shall issue the calibration certificates that include data and traceability information
in compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015; Accredited calibration to ISO 17025:2017.

19 Warranty: TOVE LEEDS provides 30 calendar day warranty. Warranty begins from the date of delivery of instruments.
Warranty shall not apply for failures or defects because of improper handling, storage and transport, customer supplied
software or interfacing, modification, and issue.
20 Site calibration delay: any delay due to customer's site readiness for calibration work shall be subjected to extra charges of
SAR 300 per hour of dely.
Any Scaffolding/Safety Officer /Work permit receiver/Forklift/Crane required will be provided by client.
21 In site calibration, dismounting and mounting back any gauge or sensor or instrument is customer's responsibility.
22 In cases where the calibration is done at site and outside "Riyadh" city the calibration certificates and stickers may be sent
by courier, client shall be responsible to attach the stickers to the instrument.
23 When calibrating loose weights (masses), each lose weight of same class will be combined in one certificate.
24 If type of calibration is traceable, TOVE LEEDS shall use its internal calibration procedures unless otherwise agreed in
writing with the customer.
25 For instruments which are calibrated/verified during operation onsite, calibration/verification is done at operating
point(s)only.
26 No calibration expiry date shall be indicated on the accredited calibration certificates unless specified by or agreed with
customer the customer. However, for traceable non-accredited calibration certificates the default expiry date is one year
from the calibration date unless specified otherwise by the customer.
27 TOVE LEEDS uses two default sizes of calibration stickers, small size (25x50mm), and a bigger one (60x40mm), include
information of instrument ID, serial number, calibration certificate number, calibration date, and next calibration due date.
28 An option to include the location of the instrument is possible, however, any customized calibration sticker maybe
provided at an additional charge.
