Sub: AMC FOR CARRYING OF CONDITION MONITORING SERVICES.

Dear Brahmaiah,

With the reference to the verbal discussions we had earlier today on above subject, we are pleased
to place the order for carrying out the Condition monitoring services as per SOW at our locations
such as Lakheri, Rabriywas and Marwar Mundwa as mentioned below for Level - I Service
Engineers: 03 Nos (Expert in vibration analysis, dynamic balancing & Thermography and Laser
Alignment) and Level - II Service Engineer/Site in-charge: 01 No (Expert in report analysis of
vibration & Thermography and Laser):

1. AMC charges - Rs.1,30,000/- rupees (In words: One lakh Thirty thousand rupees only) per
month excluding taxes.
2. This contract valid for 03 years, Work at site should be started wef 13.03.23.
3. GST as 18% will be extra.
4. Payment will be released within 15 days after receipt of invoice from your end.

 Scope of work:

❖ Vibration Analysis: -

Instrument will be in our scope

A. Weekly, Monthly and Bi monthly, vibration analysis and report to be submitted with analysis part
of the equipment.
B. Critical equipment trending analysis to be submitted and alarm to be raised for any abnormalities.
C. Unbalancing / spectrum analysis report of equipment to be submitted as per schedule and
corrective actions also to be submitted in the report.

❖ Thermography: -

Instrument will be in our scope

- Frequency will be monthly and report to be submitted to respective plant with corrective
action.

❖ Laser Alignment: -
Instrument will be in our scope
- Frequency as and when required

Level - I Service Engineers: 03 Nos should be Expert in Carrying of vibration analysis, dynamic
balancing & Thermography and Laser Alignment.

Level - II Service Engineers / Site In-charge: 01 No should be Expert in report analysis of vibration &
Thermography and Laser Alignment, should execute all above services).

Level – II Service Engineer / Site In-charge should be Expert in carrying of Vibration analysis,
Dynamic Balancing & Thermography and Laser Alignment.

Level – II Service Engineer / Site in-charge should visit the 3 sites (Lakheri, Rabriywas, Marwar
Mundwa) for necessary Critical Jobs/ Correction jobs / Shutdown jobs/Customer Review Meetings /
Discussions etc as on when required at site.

 Terms & Conditions:

• GST will be extra and no tax liability will be entertained later on by MEASCONTECH.
• Mandatory ppe’s safety helmet, safety cotton jacket, safety shoes and goggles as per ACL/ACC
standard.
• Rates are inclusive of all compliances like insurance; pf; esi; bonus etc.
• Your engineer must have valid insurance policy.
• Your engineer must have identity card and well qualified to attend the job.
• Your team shall attend the assigned task only
• You will be responsible for your workmen.
• You will support us for energy conservation and environment protection.
• You will follow the safety/v&t rules, any delay in submission of test reports of ACL/ ACC and in
case of violation suitable penalty shall be imposed and recovered from your running invoice.
• You should depute reliever immediately if required.
• All the reports related to Vibration and Thermography should be prepared and submitted.

We are forwarding here with a copy of this order and request you to sign and return one copy with
duly stamped in token of our acceptance and same will be binding contract between us.
