Terms and conditions

General terms:

1. The offer is based on supply of used CNC turning centre.

2. Any material handling equipment such as EOT cranes, hydraulic trucks, slings for lifting, basic tools
like hydraulic jacks, bars, chains, etc are at DHANAM ENGINEERING’s scope. They have to be
provided at free of cost as per our requirements.
3. DHANAM ENGINEERING has to provide electrical connections up to stabilizer as per our
requirements. Any malfunction / damages caused to the equipment related to voltage fluctuations
are at DHANAM ENGINEERING’s scope only. DHANAM ENGINEERING have to ensure the proper
supply voltages at their own risk.
4. Any special tooling’s / lifting arrangements if required, DHANAM ENGINEERING has to provide them
on time at their own cost.

Commercial terms:

1. 80% Advance payment is mandatory and non-negligible for this particular project.
2. Balance 20%, immediate after successful installation of the machine.

Transportation:

All transport charges for supply and buy back is included.

Delivery:

10 days from the date of purchase order and confirmation of 80% advance payment in our account.
