Terms and conditions
General terms:
1. All materials required for re-conditioning the machine such as gears, bearings, metal parts, electrical
contractors, relays, wires/cable’s etc. are included in this quotation.
2. All major casting structure of the machine is considered in good shape without any cracks or
permanent defect’s beyond repairable. In case of such event when identified during dismantling, it is
to be under BEC’s scope only. The costs incurring for rectification or replacing the same will be extra
of this quotation and BEC have to bear the same. However we will provide technical assistance for
the same.
3. All machining and other operations involved in re-conditioning is Kasper Machine Work’s scope and
the costs for the same is included in this quotation.
4. All transportation charges if required is included in quotation. It is under Kasper Machine Work’s
scope.
5. In case of transportation BEC have to provide loading / unloading of the materials at their own cost.
Kasper Machine Works will provide vehicle / supervisor / labours at their own cost.
6. All materials handling equipment’s such as cranes, hoists, slings, tools etc. required for the project
have to be supplied by BEC at their cost.
7. Our Quotation includes all labour charges, Freight charges for our labours and engineers from
Coimbatore to Chattisgarh, their food and accommodation charges are also included.

Commercial terms:
80% Advance payment along with purchase order. Balance 20% after completion of project.

Delivery terms:
45 days from the date of purchase order, along with advance payment. .

Transportation:
All transport costs is included, the same will be at Kasper Machine Work’s scope
Taxes:
GST as applicable is not included in this quotation.
