AMC-TERMS AND CONDITIONS
APD Servi ce Express Pvt l td. a gree to provi de the servi ces listed a t the cha rges mentioned
therei n, subject to a dvance payment of these charges.
1. VALIDITY
This AMC is valid for one year from the a greement a cceptance date. The Agreement could
be renewed a t the end of i ts period on mutually a greed terms and conditions.
2.PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
This consists of measures recommended by company. Its necessary to maintain the
Inverter/H-UPS i n proper Operating Condi tions as prescri bed by the ma nufacturer.
Preventive maintenance to be ca rri ed out a t times planned i n adva nce during normal
worki ng hours as per AMC Terms a nd Conditions mutually a greed.
AMC i ncl udes :
2.1 Functi ona l Checking a nd necessary a djustments.
2.2 Quarterl y vi s its.
2.3 Repa i r/Replacement of fa ulty parts.

3.SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Quarterly visit for Health check up of Inverter/UPS.
2. Cleaning of the battery and connections of inverter to battery .
3. Any problem outside the Inverter/UPS (Battery maintenance, Home Wiring) will
be on chargeable basis.
4. Benefit of 10% NCB Bonus in event of Non receiving of Complaints from Customer
End.
4. TOOLS / INSTRUMENTS
APD Service Express Pvt Ltd. would provide necessary tools and instruments to their
Service Engineer for the purpose of servicing the equipment covered by the
agreement. Customer shall provide vacuum cleaner/blower if required for cleaning
the product.
5. OBLIGATIONS & RIGHTS OF THE PARTIES
a. It is obligatory on part of the customer to use and operate the equipment only in
the manner specified by APD Service Express Pvt Ltd. user manual.
b. The customer agrees cleanliness around the equipment. Any malfunction that
develops must be immediately reported to APD Service Express Pvt Ltd. and the
customer should make the equipment available to the concerned Engineer and
extend the necessary co-operation so that repairing work could be properly carried out.

c. If a malfunction develops in the equipment as a result of accident, fire, lightning,
wilful damage, negligence, improper operation, faulty electrical power supply, or
other equipment is not covered by this AMC or as if consequence of deviations from
approved operating conditions, the customer shall be responsible for cost ensue.

d. It will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the original operating
conditions of the equipment are not changed without the written approval of APD
Service Express Pvt Ltd. (such as shifting / disturbing the equipment).

e. APD Will not is responsible for any type of damage to the customer assets or any
loss due to malfunctioning of equipment Inverter/UPS during AMC Contract.

f. APD Will not be not responsible for overcharging, discharging of the battery during
AMC
g. This AMC agreement is valid for individual unit and is not transferable to any
other during AMC period.

h .APD will not liable for reinstallation/Shifting. If Required than standard charges
will be applicable.

i. As far as premises and connected equipment are concerned, the customer shall
provide and pay for such agreements and measures as may be required to ensure
that the repairing work on the equipment can be carried out without risk to the
health, safety or working capacity of APD Service Express Pvt Ltd. personnel.

j. It will be a breach of the Agreement, if the AMC holder allows any person other
than the APD Service Express Pvt Ltd. authorized engineer to check/repair/ handle
the equipment under AMC. Any cost incurring due to such mishandling shall be
borne by the customer.

6. TERMS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT


Battery maintenance, Rubber Parts, Coils Parts, Transformers and Cabinet, and
Plastic Components if applicable.

7. GROUNDS FOR DISCHARGE FROM LIABILITY
APD Service Express Pvt Ltd is relieved of its liability if it is unable to carry out
maintenance, repair the equipment or supply the spare parts, if this is due to
industrial Conflict or some other circumstance such as War, Fire, Natural
Catastrophe, Accident, Currency or Import Restrictions or Delays due to a
circumstance which is beyond the control of APD Service Express Pvt Ltd .

8. INDISPENSIBLE CONDITION FOR THE AGREEMENT


Once the customer is registered either through the customer care service or
through manual procedure of AMC ,the customer is liable to abide by the rules of
this agreement, the failure of which will be taken as violation of this agreement
and the customer shall be debarred from the services endured.

9. PAYMENT
The charges for the AMC are payable 100% advance. The APD Service Express Pvt
Ltd reserves the right to deny services in case of non clearance of such payments.

Customer has to register Home UPS AMC with company to avail maintenance Services.

AMC Registration Process:

1. Call our customer care no 1800-102-8866 to register the AMC of your home UPS.
2. Provide required details to customer care for registration.
3. Customer care executive will provide unique AMC registration no. to customer.
4. Congratulations, You have successfully registered your product with ANNUAL
MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT.
5.Fill company copy with your acceptance signature and handover to our authorized
dealer.
