Kindly refer to the above subject and we wish to inform you that we have an attractive scheme, to all customers for providing
effective service for air compressors.

Among our customers, your firm has been enrolled in our valued customers register, and hence we are now sending this letter
to you for your kind information and also to get favourable response from your end for entering into Annual service contract.

Please, find enclosed our competitive offer on annual service contract governed as under along with terms & condition.

1. NATURE OF SERVICE:
Inspection of complete compressors for trouble free operation by rendering our quality service time to time mainly to keep
compressors away from running problems & in healthy condition for a better for a better availability and to utilize for your
production always.

Periodical check up in time to time and to take necessary preventive maintenance well in advance to eliminate the cost involved
towards breakdown or failure taking place.

To evaluate and to recommend the spare parts which are required for the next service by checking the inventory of parts mainly
to minimize your inventory and also to avoid non-moving parts at your stores.

2. PERIOD OF CONTRACT & VISITS:

The annual service contract will be for whole year 6 visits will be made in a year and 4 Breakdown calls in case of emergency will
be attended at no extra cost.

Fortune Technics will not have any responsibility for any mishap for the plant and machinery or injury to service person or third
party in case of occurs.

The necessary tools, lifting & tackling, required consumables semi-skilled labours etc to be provided from your end on no cost
basis.

The Dryers, Drives(VSD), Programming and Motor winding& Overhauling are not cover under AMC, the charges will be extra for
such items.
