AMC Terms and Conditions
(Note : The term "First Party" denotes USAM Techology Solutions Pvt Ltd and "Secodn Party" denotes the Jayam
Consultants Pvt Ltd)
1. Maintenance contract shall cover the said equipment if the equipment has been found, after inspection by the first
party's technical personal, to be in good condition.
2. All breakdown calls will be attended within 16 Business hours by the first party.

3. The Contract covers free replacement of all defective parts within the original warranty cover period except
consumables.

4. All parts, which have been replaced in the machine, shall become the property of the first party and its authorised
service engineer shall be entitled to remove and carry away such parts from the customer's premises.

5. The first party would endeavour to carry our repairs at the earliest, but will be not responsible for any loss, cost or
expenses arising directly or indirectly from any delay in doing so.

6. The Contract does not cover any addons fitted into the machine, which is not a part of the standard accessories
supplied with the machine as mentioned in the manual.

7. The Contract does not include repairs to damages caused by:

Use of the addons or non-standard consumables.
Mishandling, tampering, neglect, accident, Rat bite, fire or any other such acts of nature.
Improper and inadequate maintenance by the customer, unauthorised modification or misuse, operation outside the
environmental specifications for the product or improper site preparation and maintenance.
Data and Software(OS & Applications).
Battery, Power Adaptor.
Physical damage.
Maintenance Kit,Consumables,Non-HP Consumables, Fuser Kit.
Feeder Kit, Scanner Lamb.
8. The Contract will not apply if the product is shifted from its original location without prior written intimation to the first
party.

9. For carrying out repairs, the fisrt party will be at Liberty to remove the machine to its place to carry out such work and
return the same to the customer as soon as possible, at it own cost and risk.

10. Second Party will provide first party's personnel with operating supplies and consumables such as printhead, catridges,
ribbons & papers and such similar items as second party would use during normal operations.

11. The machines should be operated by the second party only with suitable power conditioning equipment.

12. The first party reserves it right to withhold maintenance services of this cintract and other connected and alied
contracts if the payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days from the date of first party's invoice. Preventive
maintenance will done every once in three months.
13. Contract period will start as per PO date for the period of one year.
