A.) SCOPE OF WORKS

1. Mobilization.
2. Coordinate with customer for the access, safety and related permits needed prior to work.
3. Isolate the unit from the existing system.
4. remove and re-installation of genset shroud & attachment
5. Perform replacement front oil seal and repair of leak
6. Start up unit and monitor engine parameters
7. Communicate, prepare and submit the on-site service report.
8. Cleaning the working area and demobilization

Validity: 30 days from the date issued
Wararnty: Workmanship: Six months under normal condition
Availability: Ex-Singapore, ETA within 15-20 working days and subject to prior sales

CSSPI, being an American Company is Subject to pertinent Laws of USA. This will include, but not limited to: Adherence to the Foreign Corrupt Practices
Act of USA. And Adhere to the AntiBribery Act of UK in cases where products are imported from the UK.

It is expressly agreed that all products sold by CSSPI may not be shipped, sent or sold to any entity designated by USA as a red flag country.

The maintenance services or repair works shall be carried out during regular working days/hours (08:00 - 17:00) Monday to Friday. Any requests by the
customer to conduct works beyond the said days/hours shall be considered as emergency or overtime in nature and charged accordingly to the
customer’s account. Overtime rates can be requested from CSSPI.

Should you find everything in order, kindly issue corresponding Purchase Order.
