• This Service Value Pack(SVP) contract is between Apple Auto Pvt Ltd here in will be termed as 'SVP
selling dealer' and Customer
• The Service Value Pack(SVP) is transferable to subsequent owner of the vehicle with owner change proof
information provided to SVP selling dealer.
• Volkswagen Finance Private Limited(Volkswagen finance) terms and conditions issues separately will also
be applicable in case of SVP is availed under Volkswagen finance.SVP is not transferable if vehicle is
under finance.
• If for some reason one or more services are not done by the Customer, no refund shall be made or contract
period would not be extended for such missed services.Unavailed services / Coupon under the validity
period shall lapse.
• All services are carried out at Customer's risk.

Service Value Pack Service Value Pack

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the local courts where the registered office of selling/
servicing Dealer from whom SVP was purchased/service is situated respectively
• SVP only covers routine services as per Scope od Work, any additional services / repairs shall be charged
extra as per prevailing rates.
• SVP is offered exclusively by selling dealer. All services are carried out at Customer's risk.
• Local taxes and other levies will be charged as applicable.
• If EMI not paid by the Customer for SVP sold under finance then the valid services/Coupon will become
invalid.
• The standard warranty/operations terms and conditions as detailed in the warranty/owner's manual will be
applicable.
• Volkswagen recommended Periodic Maintainence Service interval is 15,000 kms or 1 year, whichever
occurs first.In case any service is not availed as per recommended intervals, such service will be lapsed.
• All services and replacement of parts will be done as per latest technical guidelines based on the service
frequency.Consumables and child parts not mentioned in the above table and required to be replaced will be
charged separately.
• SVP is not valid for any kind of accidental repairs or mechanical repairs.
• SVP includes the labour charges for the various jobs mentioned in the SVP coverages above. Any
additional repairs/service demands in between recommended periodic service will be chargeable to
Customer.
• Service Labour operations and parts replacement will be provided as mentioned in this contract.It is
recommended to carry copy of this contract along when respective services need to be availed
• In case of changes in Government taxes OR its structure, respective taxes as applicable will be imposed in
service invoice at the time of carrying of SVP service.
• Cost of timing repair kit which is required at every 120,000km for diesel engine,is excluded from this
SVP.Customer will be charged for part/labor cost associated with replacement of this timing kit.
• Cost of replacement of transmission oil * during 60,000km & every multiple of 60,000km is excluded from
1 year SVP. Cusotmer will be charged for parts/labor for this replacement.
• Cost of transmission oil *, during 45,000Km & every multiple of 45,000km is excluded from 1/2 year SVP
applicable for all models. Customer will be charged forparts/labor for this replacement
• * Transmission oil inlcudes - dual clutch oil, High performance oil, Automatic transmission oilfor 6/7 speed
DSG & Automatic transmission [ as per vehcile requriement ]

Please refer the Customer consent letter for additional terms and conditions of SVP availed on finance from
Volkswagen finance.
