In case your renewal instructions reach us after the expiry date of the policy, your vehicle will have to be inspected by our representatives to begin cover afresh (Subject to satisfactory condition of the
vehicle & appropriate premium).
As per provisions of the Insurance Act 1938 and its amendments to date from time to time, renewal cannot be effected unless the premium has been paid.
Gross Premium quoted above is subject to change due to applicable revised TP rates prescribed by IRDAI/Taxes/changes in regulatory guidelines/other Statutory levies and changes thereto, from time to
time, as at the time of our receipt of quoted premium. Our Company shall receive the difference of premium before we assume risk.
STATUTORY WARNING PROHIBITION OF REBATES (Under Section 41 of Insurance Act 1938)
1) No person shall allow or offer to allow, either directly or indirectly as an inducement to any person to take out or renew or continue an insurance in respect of any kind of risk relating to lives or property,
