Welcome to the team of JCH-IN. We are glad to be associated with you. It is hereby informed to you, for the successful
completion of Installation, Testing and Commissioning of JCH-IN SET FREE (V.R.F.) unit.
This document shall bear the following entitled documents required for further validation for the JCH-IN Service System.

Requested to kindly acknowledge the above reports to register any claim with JCH-(IN) L.
JCH-I Ltd warrants the machine and materials against defects followed by workmanship and materials in the span of one
year from initial unit start-up or fifteen months from the Unit’s Invoice date (whichever occurs first), unless
extended warranty has been agreed as part of the contract.
JCH-I Ltd shall repair/ replace at free of cost or on ex-works basis, the whole or any portion of the material / equipment, if
unit found to be in normal and proper use, but its maintenance is proved defective in material or workmanship.

WARRANTY LETTER
Dear Customer,
By the successful commissioning of the unit (attached commissioning report Doc-4) for the respective date, enabling its
warranty. This warranty provides you with free repairs* of your console, including parts, postage and labor, for up to 12
months. The required details of your machine for claiming warranty is given below:
It is hereby verified that the mentioned JCH-IN SFC HVAC units are verified and safe to use.
Note: For A.M.C., contact your nearby authorized dealer/ service center, before the warranty expiration.
Offered Repair/ Replacement will only be carried out under the warranty period or the type of warranty customer holds (in
the case of extended warranty).
Please read warranty instructions (Annexure-1), attached with the document before claiming.

ANNEXURE- I
INSTRUCTIONS
Any consequential damages or losses for which the company found responsible.
Wear and tear, supply & replacement of Consumables like Refrigerant Gas, Compressor.
Oil and Fuses etc. deteriorated by natural factors like Steady & normal unit operation, Loading etc.
Damages caused by accident, misapplication, improper operation & maintenance, tapering and servicing by an
unauthorized agency.
Any modification to the unit if carried out without prior written approval from JCH-IN.
(Note: Failure to satisfy any of these conditions will automatically demolish the warranty).
Do’s:
Only Genuine JCH-IN approved spare parts, oil & refrigerants to be used.
The scheduled operations & maintenance to be carried out at specified times suitably by trained and qualified personnel.
Power supply for Outdoor and Indoor Units should be continuously available.
