1. Terms of sales:
One complete assembled unit of Dust collection system modified to suit the
customers need.
One month testing time before payment final remittance.
Modification to suit the customer need, if required, after installation.
2. Payment in advance:
25% advance payment shall be made Net 7 (Seven days after date of proforma
invoice delivery.)
3. Payment terms after delivery:
75% Payments shall be made after testing for one month. Modification shall be done
as per the application requirement. However, there is no returning of the contract
once signed.
Transportation and installation shall be borne by the supplier.
4. Warranty terms:
Electrical accessories shall hold the warranty period as per the supplier terms for
standard products like motor, switches, starters, etc.
The designed life for the assembly shall be for 5 years. One year warranty holds for
the unit. Any damage during that period from the date of installation shall be
repaired or replaced as per the requirement. Thereafter, service charges shall apply.
5. Service and maintenance:
Service and maintenance is free for one year from the date of installation.
After one year Annual maintenance contract shall be signed, if customer wishes,
that shall be chargeable.
Service life shall be 5 years for the unit. However standard parts used in fabrication
will hold the respective warranty as provided by the respective
manufacturer/supplier.
