Ex-Factory (Transportation Charges
Transportation: - will be Extra).

Packing & Forwarding: - Inclusive.

Value Taxes & Duties: - 18% GST

Insurance - In Clients Scope.

Validity of offer - 30 days

Delivery: - 5 working weeks from the date of technically & commercially clear PO
along with advance and approval of final drawings by your technical
team.

Payment Terms: - 30 Days from Delivery.

Cancellation Charges: - In case the order is cancelled by the customer after approval of final
drawings from your technical team, total advance will be forfeited
without giving any reasons.

Interest Charges: -
Amendments: -
We reserve the right to charge 18% per annum interest on daily basis
on the finished goods basic value beyond 15 days after testing &
inspection of equipment.
If amendment is received after drawing approval, then charges of
modification will be separately levied as per the mutual agreement for
amendments.

Commissioning: - Commissioning will be in the scope of customer and we will provide all
necessary guidance for the equipment performance.

Material Validity: -  12 Months of Material Validity is given against MTC Certificates.

(Including Raw Material Validity & Weld joint Validity.)
 Brought out Item Material validity is as per Vendor’s Specification.

JURISDICTION/ARBITRATION: - All contracts between purchaser and ourselves are deemed to be entered into
Pune and are therefore subject to the Jurisdiction of Court of Pune only.

ADVANCES: - Advances paid against an order shall not be subject to any interest. We shall have right to adjust
against such advances, any payments which might or because of any incidental expenses or because of
delay in lifting ordered equipment, we may incur on the Purchaser's behalf. The advance is liable to be
forfeited in case of request for cancellation of order.

RIGHT TO SUB CONTRACT: - We reserve the right to sub-contract either partly or wholly, any part of the
order/contract without notice to the buyer. We shall however ensure the quality of performance as
envisaged in the warranty clause.

GENERAL: - Any condition or other matters relating to this offer not expressly stipulated will be a matter of mutual
discussion and agreement at the time of acceptation the order. If this offer is accepted and order placed,
all the above conditions of sale stand automatically accepted by the buyer.
