QUOTATION

Description: Vertical Pull type Hydraulic Key way Broaching Machine with auto feed
mechanism generally as per our enclosed Drg. No. 08260102

Price: Rs. 15, 90,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs Ninety Thousands only)
Per each Ex-works Bhosari, Pune.

Note: 1) Hydraulic Oil is out of scope of supply.

2) Broach Tool and Fixtures are out of scope of supply.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The above Prices are Ex-works only. Packing and forwarding will be 4%, GST 18%. All
other taxes also will be extra as applicable at the time of delivery.

2. Delivery: 8 to 10 weeks from the date of your firm purchase order technically and
commercially completed.

3. Payment: 50% advance along with the purchase order and balance against Performa
invoice before delivery.

4. Inspection: We will arrange inspection at our works. We will call you for inspection.
Your representative can attend inspection at your cost.

5. Guarantee: We give guarantee of 12 months from the date of dispatch of material against
faulty raw material and bad workmanship of ‘SAYNAK HYDRAULICS’ products.

6. Transportation is not in our scope. You have to arrange the transport and transit
insurance.

7. Erection & Commissioning: This does not include in our scope of offer. However we
undertake commissioning at extra charge.

8. Escalation: In view of uncertainty in the prices of raw materials, the prices will be
applicable as prevailing at the time of dispatch of the machine subject to a maximum
ceiling of 15%.

9. Jurisdiction: In the event of any dispute arising out of the transaction, only Pune Court
will have jurisdiction to try and decide the same.
