1. About artificial rice:
Artificial rice is a grain product made to resemble rice. It is usually made from broken
rice, sometimes with the addition of other cereals, and often fortified with micronutrients,
including minerals such as iron and zinc and vitamins, such as vitamin A and vitamin B.

discretion to amend, alter or change the design. Any alteration or modification

3. Date of delivery of goods will be as per „Order Acceptance‟. Any delay due to
external factory such as „ Force Majeure‟, Act of God,‟ „Strike,‟ Bandh‟ or

any damages.

4. “Factory beyond the control of company” Shall also not make the company liable for
any liquidation or incident damages or any damages of whatsoever nature not only
while installation or commissioning butt also after commissioning of the product.

5. In case of any rise in any statutory taxes The Company reserves the right to charge
the same to the customer & accordingly the bill will be raised.

6. Any defect or shortfall in the material supplied must be communicated to the

company immediately within 5 (five) days. The Company beyond the stipulated
period will not entertain any communication or complaint regarding rejected or
material short.

7. Advance payment is not refundable . if goods sold not taken back . if pending amount
is not pay on time . you will have to pay 24 % interest

8. Any Deviation from the terms or description should be communicated to us in

writing. This will be treated as an amendment to the existing P.O. and will be
charged accordingly. In case of any other emergencies, apart From those
mentioned above, which the Company deems right, the company reserves the right
to dishonor this quotation / O.A. without liability of whatsoever nature.

9. For unloading the machine at client site, the use of hydra (crane) is necessary. To
arrange for hydra on time and the operating cost of hydra shall be borne specifically
by theclient.

10. If the order is canceled, then 25 % of total value of amount of the P.O. (which shall mean
and include the total prices plus taxes and duties and transportations etc.) shall be
deduced as order cancellation charges.
