 Terms & Conditions

Validity of Prices:

 10 days.

PAYMENT:

 50% advance payment with purchase order.

 30% on delivery of plant at site.
 20% within 30 days after successful operation, installation & commissioning or 27 days after
the delivery of the plant.

Delivery:

 10 Working days from the date of receipt of purchase order and advance payment.

Delivery Delay:

The delivery time can be post-dated for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. The strike,
religious holidays and the delayed delivery of material ordered to third persons must be connected to
circumstances beyond their control.

Delivery & Transportation:

If the system/plant has to deliver in Karachi, we don’t charge transportation or rigger’s services.
If the system/plant has to deliver outside Karachi, the transportation and rigger’s charges on account of
buyer at actual.

Reserve:

We reserve the possibility to make eventual modifications that we consider necessary for a better
performance of the plant.

Installation & Commissioning:

Installation & commissioning is included in our scope of supply. Customer must have to provide power,
water, air supply and plant/system room to carry installation and commissioning within ONE WEEK after
the delivery of plant. Failure in this respect will not effect in payment terms which will remain as agreed.

If the system/plant has to install outside Karachi, the buyer will arrange boarding & lodging for the
technical persons at his own cost or whatsoever.

Testing:

It has to be carried out within 20 days after the installation and commissioning. Eventual delay due to
the customer will not determine changes in payment terms which will remain as agreed.

Exclusion of Supply:
 All types of civil work either inside or outside the plant room
 Erection of electric lines/points
 Construction of Intake or Borehole

Client Responsibilities:

 Construction of Room, Trench in the room, Bed for RO system, all civil works.
 Supply of raw water in the Raw Water Storage Tank
 All electric fittings including lights, connection points, air ventilation systems, etc.

Warranty:

All the above equipment carry Six Month warranty and after sales services. This warranty does not
apply to damage resulting from incorrect or negligent operation or maintenance of equipment electrical
or physical damage, damage due to excessive temperature, normal wear and tear alterations or repairs
not authorized by us.

After Sales Services:

We are pleased to highlight here that the company offer through after-sales Service to customers for
the equipment supplied with the help of our trained Engineers specially trained on these plants. The
spare parts for these plants will be supplied locally in case of requirement.
