1. Krofta Supercell SPC 8:

Dimensions:

1.1 Flotation Unit (Tank)

The unit is designed for continuous flow and consists of the following elements which are suspended
and fixed to the central shaft (pipe).

i. Revolving carriage with traction wheel driven by a variable speed geared motor.

ii. Two (2) inbuilt rings for clarified water and floated stock.

iii. Intake distribution pipe, distributing over entire radius width.

iv. Clarified water discharge pipes, level control.

v. Spiral scoop for discharge of floated stock.

vi. Bottom scraper for sediment collection into inbuilt sediment trough.

vii. Provision for sediment discharge.

The unit will be delivered pre - fabricated and in unassembled condition for assembly at site.

1.2 Drive / Motor:

Two (2) gear motors for carriage and spiral scoop drive.

Motor (rpm): 3.8 - 23 rpm stageless adjustable.

1.3 Electrical Current Supply:

The electrical current supply is facilitated by a rotary contact with eight (8) poles for feeding electrical
power to the drive.

1.4 Material and surface treatment:

All inbuilt moving parts (carriage, spiral scoop, inlet pipe and distribution grid etc.) as well as tank itself
will be constructed in stainless steel 304. Tank support welded to the tub and carriage support will be
constructed in mild steel and painted.

2. Air Dissolving Tube:

One (1) Krofta Air Dissolving Tube Type ADT 150:

The Air Dissolving Tube is constructed in stainless steel 304 flanged on both sides, and equipped with
intake socket, vent pipe 1/2", drain pipe 1" and sockets for compressed air intake 1/2" including safety
valves. Inbuilt to the tube is one (1) Krofta Vyon Plate reinforced.

3. Scope of our supply:

The following is included in the scope of our supply as aforementioned:

(i) Installation drawings as needed.

(ii) Preliminary installation and piping drawings including connection dimensions (ND) according to
customer’s requirements.
(iii) Operation manuals, spare part lists and lubrication plan.
(iv) Necessary instruments like Rotameter, Pressure gauges, Pressure regulator and Timer set.

4. Exclusions from Scope of our Supply:

(i) All concrete and excavation works, steel structure for support, concrete foundation, pumps,
motors, compressor, piping and painting etc.
Feed Pump 12.5 m3/hr @ 12 meter head.
High Pressure Pump 4.0 m3/hr @ 65 meter head.
Air Compressor 1.0 m3/hr @ 7.5 kg/cm3 pressure.
Coagulant Dosing Pump 0-150 LPH @ 5kg/cm2 Pressure
Poly electrolyte Dosing Pump 0-150 @ 5 kg/cm2 Pressure
Chemical Dosing Tank with agitator 500 liters. 2 Nos.
Chemical Preparation Tank with agitator 500 liters. 2 No’s
All electrical work including cables, wires, switches, MCC, Local controls etc.
(ii) Piping, fittings and valves from the feed pump to the Supercell inlet.
(iii) Piping, fittings and valves from the clarified water outlet.
(iv) Piping, fittings and valves from the floated sludge discharge outlet.
(v) Piping, fittings and valves from the settled sludge discharge outlet.
(vi) Piping, fittings and valves between the Supercell and the Air Dissolving Tube.
(vii) Piping and fittings for the compressed air lines.
(viii) Chemical preparation and dosing system.
(ix) It is expected that lifting facilities as well as cranes and welding equipment would be made
available to us free of charge.
(x) To and Fro air fare and boarding & lodging expenses of our engineers for supervision of
erection and commissioning.

5. Guarantees:

5.1 Material Guarantee:

All parts except those subject to wear and tear are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date
of dispatch for faulty material and workmanship provided the equipments have been operated as per
their respective operating and maintenance instructions.

5.2 Performance Guarantee:

We guarantee the Krofta Supercell to achieve TSS less than 100 ppm and Oil less than 20 ppm in the
outlet., if operated as per our operating and maintenance instructions. This however, is subject to a
sufficient dosage of recommended chemicals (flocculation and / or flotation aids).

6. Price;

Overall Price, ex works for One Machine of DAF : Rs. 27,00,000/-

(Rs. twenty seven lacs only)

G.S.T : 18% or as applicable

7. Freight & Insurances

Extra to your account.

8. Erection & commissioning;

Supervision per erection and commissioning of our equipment has been included in our offer,
local conveyance to our engineer is to be provided free of cost at site. Post 15 days, The
supervision charges will be extra @ INR 7500/- per day per person excluding To & fro fare , local
conveyance, boarding & lodging .

9. Terms of payment

25 % advance with firm order.

15% against submission of drawings.
60 % on inspection of equipments at our Works but prior to dispatch.
10. Delivery

4-5 months from receipt of order along with advance payment. Extra time may be required for any
approval of drawings prior to fabrication.

11. Validity:

September 28, 2017
