Our equipment is capable to produce gypsum boards according to DIN EN (Europe standards)and ASTM
specification

Un-scope work& Exclusion

Civil foundation for equipment installation, we shall provide foundation drawing with details.
All utility requirements shed, storage area for raw material and finished goods. powder storage silo
Power supply to control panel, electrical cabling from control panel to all motors and equipment
Electrical cables supply.
Final painting for all fabricated parts
Steel structure, supporting items, all ducting pipes, inter connecting chutes. Roofing and lighting
Fuel & Water tank storage
Fuel line from storage to boiler
Compressed air pipe line
First filling of oil and any other consumable
Quality raw material and additives supply
Laboratory equipment
Ventilation system to balance moisture in the plant building,
Thermo oil circulation pipe and its thermal insulation
Tools, tackles, pay loader, forklift, crane, hoist welding and grinding machine rods (during installation)
Any other items not mentioned in scope of supply.
We shall submit exhaustive list of tools and equipment required at the time of commissioning well in
advance before dispatch of equipment.

Project period

Ex. Work : 6months

Erection& commissioning : 4months

Delivery period : deliveries shall be in 6months from the date of

Receipt of Down payment and approval of all GA

drawing.

During erection and commissioning period buyer is responsible to ensure safety of our engineers and
technicians, to arrange travel ticket, accommodation, transportation, food and medical insurance.

Expected onsite engineers & technicians : 12personnel


Warranty

All equipment shall be suitable for the application required and shall be unique design, good material
and workmanship. Any equipment found defective attributable to bad material with in 12months
from the date of commissioning or 16months from the date of dispatch whichever earlier shall be
repaired free of cost on ex-work basis.

This warranty does not cover defects arising out of normal wear and tear or improper maintenance or
severe working condition.
