Processing system consists of the following equipment

Rectangular fryer is made of SS 304 having Pan is mounted on a SS body. The pan is having multiple opening
for oil inlet from one side and outlet from the other side, the flow of oil is regulated by an oil circulating
pump. The heated oil in the pan is coming from the heat exchanger and going out into the bucket type filter
from the side of the pan. The pan is properly insulated from the bottom to avoid heat loss. Continuous bucket
type filters for filtering the edible oil continuously. The Frying system is connected with Digital Temperature
Controller and Control Panel
Rectangular Batch Fryer is made of SS 304 with tilting arrangement that enables unloading of Products in a
single stroke after frying.
Fryer includes other components such as Bearings, counter weight etc.

Hydro Machine used to dry the sliced Potato chips before frying, It also used to reduce oil content

4. Duties, Taxes etc. : As applicable
5. Transit Insurance : At owners risk
6. Delivery : 5-6 weeks from the receipt of your clear order &
advance payment.
7. Payment Terms : a) 40 % advance with order
b) 30% after 2 weeks.
c) Balance against Performa invoice prior to dispatch of
respective equipment
8. Warranty : The standard warranty period for manufacturing defect
is 12 (Twelve) months from the date of Dispatch of the
plant. This warranty does not include any damage to the
goods sold, caused by electrical break down due to short
circuit, explosion, due to faulty wiring, violent voltage
fluctuation, tempering with the equipment or any part
thereof. Where the components supplied are not
manufactured by the seller, the buyer is entitled only to
the benefit of any warranty given to the seller by the
manufacturers in respect of the said components.
9. Force Majeure : We shall not be liable for loss, damage, detention,
Delay due to force Majeure conditions such as fire,
strike, war insurrection or riot, flood, natural calamity
and other causes beyond our control. We shall not be
responsible for the delay in supply due to unforeseen
circumstances as stated above.
10. Startup Guidance : At Seller’s End
11. Validity : Validity of this offer is 30 days from the date of this
offer.
