Additional General Work Site requirement/operation remark:
 The system has an air filter, to filter out particulate matter larger than 10 microns. Client or his user is
required to do maintenance of this air filter by doing a water/air wash of the air filter, once every month.
 In case of irregular power supply and voltage fluctuations at the installation site, the unit will stop running
and restart after a stable power supply arrives. A suitable servo/double booster stabilizer will be required.
In case of an unstable power supply.
 Machine working range is between 18-42’C and 25-99% RH. The unit will optimally operate between 35 –
99 %RH and 20 – 40’C ambient environment parameters. Settings can be modified using temperature and
RH controllers.
 VayuJal unit has designed rest time during 1 PM-2 PM, 10 PM-10:30 PM, 6-6:30 AM for unit longetivity.

General Terms and Conditions:
a. Price applicability
 All prices are Ex-works, Chennai. Packing, freight & insurance charges are to be borne by the
customer.
b. Payment terms:
 60% of the value of goods in advance along with PO
 40% against Proforma Invoice upon the readiness of material.
c. Delivery time:
3
 1250 LPD in 5 weeks from the date of receiving purchase order with 60% advance
d. Warranty:
 The complete system is warranted for 12 (twelve) months from the date of dispatch against any
manufacturing defects and for satisfactory operation within the specified design parameters.
 The warranty is limited to replacement/rectification of the defective components/system at the
discretion of VayuJal Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
 Liability is limited solely to the repair of the plant and we are not liable for any incidental or
consequential damages sustained in connection with this product, and no recoveries can be allowed
towards the losses suffered due to usage of these products.
 The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, accidental damage, alteration,
unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship.
 All original warranties of the equipment or components purchased by us and used in the plant are
passed on to the customer.
 Unit is covered for one year of warranty. This includes two free services after every six months, at
the site,
 AMC will be covered by VayuJal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. after the first year on a subscription basis.
 AMC includes:
o Basic cleaning & maintenance of the unit twice a year

o Replacement/refilling of FRP vessels and replacement of Sediment filters at the end of 6
months & 12 months from Date of invoice.
o Component failures, except compressor.
o AMC doesn’t cover the cost of incidental, intentional, or accidental damages
o AMC Cost of 55000 INR+18% GST
