This is a mechanical machine with pneumatics for sturdiness, durability and maintenance free design. Certain internal
mechanism of the machine, such as Cam, chain, and sprockets and rest frame structure etc which will be internal & not
exposed will be of Mild Steel cladded with Stainless Steel-304 sheet & product contact parts will be of Stainless Steel-316.
There can be some minor changes & modification in the Technical Specification for the best improvement of the machine,
while designing as per your requirement.

WORKING PRINCIPLE OF THE MACHINE:

1. The operation of the machine is in linear direction.

2. The containers will be manually loaded on the filling machine for the filling operation to take place.
3. The operator will press the button; as a result selected volume of product will be discharged in to the bottles.
4. After filling the bottles will be manually unloaded.
5. After unloading the filled bottles will be placed manually in capping machine where capping will be done.
6. After capping the filled & capped bottles will move forward for next application.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

TAXES: G.S.T.@18 % any changes in the government duties at the time of delivery will be charged extra.

TRANSPORTATION, PACKAGING AND FORWARDING CHARGES: At actuals and same will be borne by you.
(If you require any special packaging for the machine then it will be charged extra).

INSURANCE: At actual will be borne by you.

PAYMENT TERMS: 50 % Advance along with the confirmed purchase order and balance 50% against Proforma Invoice before
the dispatch of the machine.

DELIVERY: 06 – 08 weeks from the date of confirmed purchase order copy with 50 % advance. (Verbal order will not count)

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING: Our two technicians (Mechanical & Electrical) will do installation & commissioning but
food, lodging and boarding, conveyance charges will be borne by you.And installation charges will be Rs. 5,000/- per day per
person for Mumbai or Rs. 7,500/- For outside Mumbai jurisdiction. Before calling the technicians for installation of the
machine please ensure that the External arrangement (Compressor, pneumatic piping, external civil work, Product, cup &
Precut Al. foils, utility etc) for the machine should be ready from your side before the installation of our machine. In case the

external arrangement is not available at the time of installation you will totally have to bare the cost of the technicians stay
and lodging.

SERVICE CHARGES AFTER INSTALLATION: Service charge per day per Technician will be Rs. 5,000/- for Mumbai or Rs. 7,500/-
For outside Mumbai but food, lodging and boarding conveyance charge will be borne by you.

MACHINE MANUALS: Copies of Manual will be provided to you at the time of Installation of the machine.

INSPECTION: At our works before dispatch at your cost.

CANCELLATION: Once we confirm the order, we will take up the manufacture of the machine immediately in hand. Hence, we
cannot accept any cancellation of order and thus we cannot refund your advance amount back to you. The placing of an order
with us implies acceptance of the conditions of sale here in stated regardless of any constricting clauses in the Buyer’s
purchase order.

VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of Quotation.

WARRANTY: One year from date of our bill against any mechanical manufacturing defects. Items like motors, rubber
components, conveyor belts, bearings, and electronics unit’s etc. will not come under the purview of warranty, even though
we purchase the material from reputed manufacturers.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION: Customer has to provide the required samples (bottles, caps) required in the trial of the machine at
his cost. Quantity of the samples will be mentioned prior to the trial. Please make sure the trial samples are arranged in
advance so this may not delay the delivery time. Or the delivery time scheduled in the quotation will not be valid.

TRAINING: We shall provide all the necessary training regarding the working/maintenance of the machine, the training
charges will be free but the food, lodging and boarding and conveyance etc of your technician will be borne by you.
If your operator is not trained we are not responsible for the satisfactory working of the machine.

SPECIAL NOTE: If the machine is not picked up after the final inspection (Beyond the delivery time) by you then we will charge
1.5% per week for the basic value of the machine and it has to be cleared before the machine dispatch.

JURISDICTION: Any dispute will only be settled in Mumbai Jurisdiction only.

Any addition other than the basic/standard machine details mention in the quotation will cost extra. This quotation cancels
all the previous given quotation.

Note: The Company rules the right to change the specification/design for the better functioning of the machine .
