I. Introduction

Brake system is the important safety equipment on

automobiles, and its performance will directly influence the safety
of driving. The brake oil, after long time of use, will go bad,
produce deposition, affect the smooth provision of oil, and directly
influence the reliability of brake system and the safety of driving.
Therefore, it is a must to change brake oil regularly, so as to ensure
that the brake system can work safely and reliably.
DB-500R brake oil changing machine is especially designed
to change the brake oil. It adopts AC220V 50Hz or 60Hz power to
drive the wheel pump, and the principle of vacuum suction, so it is
reliable and easy to operate, and it can improve the speed and
quality of changing oil. Both saving time and energy, it is really
your good assistant!

IV. Operational methods

1. Turn off the engine, tighten the hand brake, and park in a reliable way.
2. Turn off the power switch, and turn on the oil return switch. Connect to AC220V
50Hz or 60Hz power supply.
3. Unscrew the pot lid of the brake oil, connect the tie-in pipe of the fittings with the
vent valve of the brake, loosen the nut of the vent valve, then connect the tie-in pipe
of fittings with return oil (blue) pipe (RETURN).
4. Open the gate of equipment, and insert the return oil transparent pipe into the return
oil barrel.
5. Start the power switch, and then the equipment starts to work. Several seconds later,
use the vacuum suction pressure to draw out the brake oil from the vehicle, until
there is no oil but gas. Operate on the four wheels in turn (note: the operation on the
first wheel always takes a longer time)
6. Turn off the return oil switch and power switch, and add new brake oil to the brake
oil kettle.
7. Turn on the return oil switch and power switch. When the equipment starts to work,
draw out the new brake oil into the brake system, until new brake oil comes out from
the return oil transparent pipe and there is no bubble in the oil. Then turn off the
return oil switch. Operate on the four wheels in turn and then finish this round of
changing brake oil. (Note: Ensure that the oil level of the brake oil kettle is not too
low while injecting new oil, so as to avoid air from entering the system)
8. After changing the brake oil of the four wheels, add new brake oil into the kettle. If
the tryout of the brake is OK, and there is no leakage, the procedure is finished.

V. Notes
1. DO NOT use the cleaner without good understanding of the book. Please follow the
instruction of the book.
2. Only trained and certified staff can use the device.

3. Watch each joint during cleaning to see if there is any leakage. Stop immediately if
there is any leakage. Please start the operation again after the leakage is eliminated.
4. No smoking around the machine
5. Fill the brake oil tank full and test the brake and make sure there in no leakage before
driving the car on the street.

VI. Maintenance and Repairs

The design of the cleanser assures no defects after usage for years.
1. Check leakage periodically. Fix the leakage immediately should anyone is found.
2. Check the connections of tubes to see if they are firm enough.
3. Clean the outside of the machine with cloth frequently. Keep the machine tidy. Put the
machine in cool place without sunshine after usage.
