2.PAYMENT TERMS :

 50% payment should be made in advance (Non-Refundable)

along with order and balance before Dispatch of the machine

3 . VALIDITY :
  The above prices are valid up to 4-5 Weeks only from the day
of submission; this is subject to our written
confirmation, considering the constant increase in raw material
prices.
 Delivery Time: 45 Days from the Date of Receiving Advance.

4.GUARENTEE :

 12 months after the machine is installed and set up.

Worn & damaged parts will be replaced only after we
receive the defected part from customer end for
researching of root cause of break-down. Handle and
operate the machine with care and implement schedule
maintenance of the machine for better operation.
 Area Required for Setting up a Detergent cake plant is
round about 1500-2000 Sq.Ft.

5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

 All disputes will be under the Jurisdiction of Ahmedabad Court.

 We do not accept any responsibility for damages in transit.
 Goods once sold will not be accepted back.
 Delivery time have to be extended if we face any unavoidable
circumstances.
 Procurement of the raw material will instantly start after the
advance money is received hence the advance money will not be
refunded if the customer cancels the order.
 Goods supplied as per your order and convenience will not be
exchanged or accepted back.
 Customer can arrange insurance at his own end.
 The certificate required to set up a Detergent soap plant are GST
No., Udhyog Aadhar.

NOTE :

Please ask for the rates if not mentioned. Whenever our Mechanic is called
for any service his charges with fare, lodging, boarding expense and
allowances will be borne by the buyer in advance. Prices are subject to
