1 Price Prices are on Ex Hyderabad,
2 Duty & Taxes Extra at Actuals at the time of Dispatch. Presently GST is 18%.
3 Insurance To be arranged by buyer.
4 Freight Extra at Actuals and on To-Pay basis/to be arranged by the buyer.

50% advance along with Purchase order. Balance 50% of basic price
before dispatch from china port and 100% Taxes & duties against our
6 Payment Performa invoice and prior to dispatch from India port. All the
payments shall be made by means of RTGS. The bank details will be
provided separately at the time of placement of order.
7 Validity This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of offer.
We will provide 12 month warranty from the date of shipment. Supply
against any Manufacturing defect or bad workmanship but all bought
out items will be guaranteed for the guarantee/ warranty provided by
its Supplier/ Manufacturers. All rubber, plastic items and all
electric/electronic items (like Fuses, SSR, PLC) etc. shall not be covered
under warranty/guarantee. The warranty does not covers accidental
8 Warranty damages caused by stones/unseived sand, misusage of system,
carelessness, transportation, positioning and assembly breaking, bad
usage by the Buyer’s personnel, tampering, usage of spare parts
unknown and not recommended by the Seller. The components
subject to wear are excluded from the warranty.
NOTE: DAILY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE IS MANDATORY TO
ENSURE PROPER PERFORMANCE.
Buyer will have to make all necessary arrangement for unloading of
