Prices: The above prices are Ex-works, Faridabad.

GST: 18% GST

Transportation: Extra at your end.

Packaging: Corrugated Box- 5% extra, Wooden Box-10% extra.

Insurance: Transit Insurance if any will be arranged by the Buyer

Payment: 50% of the total order value as advance (Non returnable) by Demand
Draft/RTGS in favour of M/s. KSP Equipments payable at Faridabad along
with your order. Balance 50% along with all Govt. Taxes against our
Performa Invoice by Demand Draft Payable at Faridabad/RTGS before
dispatch. Central Bank of India, Sector 15-A, Faridabad, A/c

Inspection: Inspection of the machine can be done before delivery in working

Condition at Faridabad (HR) only.

Delivery: Within 8/9 weeks (or as agreed) from the date of receipt of your confirmed
order along with the advance payment by Demand Draft. This is subject to
Force Majeure.

Production: Production capacity will depends on skills and efficiency of users.

Capacity

Installation Technical person(s) to and fro travel by AC two tier or By air above 800
Km+ lodging and boarding + Rs.5000/- training charges will have to be
borne by the buyer. Extra stay beyond 3 days will be Rs.3000/- day per
person. All payments to be remitted in advance. Ask for material, manpower
check list before arrival of Technical persons.

Validity: This offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue of this letter.

Warranty: One year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

Rubber and Electrical Parts are not covered under warranty.
If visit of technical person is required the traveling expenses will
Have to be paid by customer in advance. Please refer to “Installation” head
for the expenses. Warranty applicable only if operating instructions are
followed.
Area of Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Faridabad court.

CHANGE IN MODEL - SYSTEM WITHOUT ANY PRIOR APPROVAL AT OUR WILL.

THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IN WHICH, VISIT OF TECHNICAL STAFF IS
REQUIRED WILL BE PAID BY THE BUYERS. DAILY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
IS MANDATORY TO ENSURE PROPER PERFORMANCE.
