DELIVERY DATE
ITEM 1~6: Approx.45~60 working days for production lead times upon receiving of your firm
order and down payment. (Excluding festive seasons)

Remark: Delivery lead time depending on system to determine the final lead time.

VALIDITY
- This offer is subject to our final confirmation and will remain valid for thirty (30) days from
today’s date. Thereafter, the prices are subject to our confirmation on receipt of order.

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING AND TRAINNING – EXCLUSIVE

● We dispatch our engineer to customer factory to set up and run the machine.
● Training is provided after installation & commissioning by the same day.
● The customer will provide all the required Power supply, Air supply and any other
relevant accessories like Packaging Materials and customer products for test run during
the commissioning and training period. The services are free, but the charge of
transportation or round air-tickets, food and hotel is to the customer account.
● NO TRAVEL ALLOW DURING COVID19 CONTROL
CANCELLATION
● Orders placed shall not be cancelled without prior approval in writing from GWP.
● In the event if the customer cancel the order for what so ever reason, we GWP reserves
the right to charge additional cancellation fees on top of forfeiting the down payment
collected and claim whatsoever cost or damages incurred by GWP in respect of the
manufacturing or the machine. The ownership of the goods remains with GWP until full
settlement of the selling price.

SAMPLES TESTING
It is important that customer provide sample products and materials for machine testing, to
GWP oversea machine manufacturers within 3~5 days from the receipt of the order.
This is for a more accurate evaluation of the possible performance limitations that cannot be
determined from the specifications or from any communication.
Any differences deriving from the analysis of the sample received after order confirmation will
be considered as change order and will be discussed with you in the same way as any other
requests for change that we should receive from you from that moment on.
If we do not receive any samples or in case of any disagreement regarding the changes to be
made to the order that should arise following the verification of the samples, the machine shall
be tested with GWP own standard samples.

All materials or product samples such as bottles, containers and label samples sent to GWP
oversea machine manufacturers must be sent via DDP (Delivery, Duty Paid).
Customer is responsible for payment of all freight and duty charges. Required size for the trial
run and testing purpose should be at least 5 rolls

OWNERSHIP OF MACHINE
Ownership of machine will not be transfer to the customer until the machine has been paid in
full. GWP reserves the right to repossess the machine from the customer if payment defaults
Machine specifications are subject to change without notice.

FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY

In the event of the customer failing or refusing to take delivery, GWP reserves the right to
cancel the contract and forfeit all moneys paid. Any storage charges, additional costs or
indirect losses shall be to the customer account.

WARRANTY
GWP warrants all machines and parts of its own manufacture excluding wear and tear parts
when owned operated by the original purchase, against defects in material and workmanship
for a period of (1) year from the date of delivery when it is operated, serviced and maintained
in accordance with GWP maintenance. Electronic motors and all electrical components carry a
warranty period of six (6) months only. The warranty is effective and applicable when terms of
payment are fulfilled otherwise it will be null and void.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items and shall be null and void if the
equipment has been modified, improperly installed or used, damage by accident or negligence
or natural disaster or fire or by atmospheric agents, incorrect connection to the power supply
by the customer or in the event any parts are improperly installed or replaced by the customer

At GWP, the equipment or defective part(s) will be repaired or replaced during the warranty
period. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part(s) and the labor and
transportation incurred will be borne by GWP. GWP shall not be liable for any loss, costs,
damage or injury whatsoever incurred by the customer arising out of or in any way in relation
to the said equipment or its operation whether direct, indirect or consequential.
