COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT
1. Price Basis : The prices quoted on FOR Destination.

2. Sales Tax : GST 18% Extra on basic price.

3. Insurance : Will be in your scope.

4. Delivery : Within 3-4 weeks from the date of PO. The delivery period
mentioned shall be reckoned from the date of receipt of
technically and commercially clear and firm order.

5. Scope of Supply : Yaskawa Makes AC Drives

6. Terms of Payment : 100% Payment immediate against proforma invoice.

7. Warranty : The equipment is warranted against any inherent

manufacturing defects or faulty workmanship for a period of
12 months from the date of Invoice

8. Validity : Offer Valid for 30days.

9. Commissioning : We shall provide commissioning assistance by our Engineer on

Chargeable Basis and a Daily Rate of Rs.6000/- Per Day .
However the boarding & lodging expenses to be paid by the
customer.
