Jakson Make silent DG set Comprising of above model Cummins make Engine and Stamford make Alternator
mounted on a common base frame complete with Fuel tank, Batteries and leads, STD control panel, Residential
Silencer, First fill of lube oil, AVM Pad, Acoustic Enclosure, PSO600 Genset Controller.

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. PRICE BASIS: F.O.R SATBOHNI, GAMHARIA. at your site.
2. GST: Included as per the current rate of 18%, or will be charged as applicable at the time of dispatch.
3. FREIGHT AND INSURANCE: INCLUDED.
4. DELIVERY: 2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of clear order with advance.
5. PAYMENT TERMS: 30% ADVANCE along with order and BALANCE against Performa Invoice before dispatch from our
principal’s works i.e. .KALSAR, GUJRAT.
6. WARRANTY Two major components of DG set – Engine & Alternator stand warranty for a period of 24 months from the date of
dispatch or 5000 hrs. of operations, whichever happens earlier. Warranty of 5 years or 5000 hrs., whichever is earlier, is provided
by Cummins India Ltd. on five major components of engines i.e. cylinder head, crank shaft, cam shaft, cylinder block and
connecting rod. However Acoustic Enclosure, Panel and Accessories stand warranty for 12 months from the date ofdelivery.
7. GENERAL: All orders are subject to our acceptance in writing. All disputes are subject to Jamshedpur jurisdiction only. Offer is
subject to no claim for damages incidental and /or consequential. Offer is subject to general terms and conditions of sales.
ARBITRATION: All disputes arising out of an order/ contract against this quotation, the same will be referred to sole arbitrator
named by the seller as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. UNLOADING, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING: The offer is for supply of D.G. Set only. Unloading of the DG Set at the
delivery site shall be in the Purchaser’s scope. Once D.G. Set is supplied, installation as per installation guidelines including
exhaust piping, fuel piping, power cabling, provision of fuel for testing, battery charging etc. shall be done by purchaser. We shall
depute our engineer for commissioning of the D.G. Set.
9. ORDER CANCELLATION: In the event of order cancellation by purchaser, cancellation charge, @ 15% of basic order value
shall be applicable for all ratings up to 250 KVA and 10% for all ratings above 250 KVA will be charged and the advance will be
refunded after deducting the cancellation charges.
10. Validity of CPCB II is 3 DAY’S.
11. Validity of CPCB IV+ is 30 DAY’S.
