Each DG Set shall be complete with the following:
A. DIESEL ENGINE:
Industrial, 4-stroke, vertical, inline, multi Cylinders, water-cooled, Turbocharged
Intercooled Diesel Engine.
Governing performance in accordance with class-A1 as per ISO-3046, BS-5514
Power output guaranteed within 0 to +2 %and can be operated up to 1100 Mt. Altitude and without
any deration due to Ambient Air Temperature or Humidity.

B. ALTERNATOR:
Mahindraapproved make1phase/3 phase, 415V, 0.8 PF type, screen protected, revolving field,
self-excited, self-regulated through an AVR. The alternator has the following features:
- “H” class insulation
- ± 1.0% voltage regulation (max.) in static conditions
- IP: 23 protection with insulation class H
- Permissible overload of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of operation.
C. CONTROL PANEL:
The SEDEMAC microprocessor electronic controller displays the following parameters:

SCOPE OF SUPPLY:

Our offer is confined to whatever is specifically included and stipulated in the technical and
commercial clauses and is subject to changes as may be mutually agreed upon finalization of the
contract.

EXCLUSIONS:

Our offer is for supply of equipment only. Installation job work, i.e., unloading of DGset at site,
earthing pits, G.I. strips, foundation, power cabling & control cabling with end terminations,
exhaust piping with supports, manual changeover switch etc. Shall be charged extra.

ARBITRATION:

In the event of any disputes or differences arising between the parties out of or relating to the
validity, construction, meaning, operation or effect of this offer, or any amendments or other
documents relating to this offer, or the breach of the terms of any document agreed to between the
parties, the same shall be referred to Arbitration, as per the provisions of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act 1996 and the arbitration proceedings shall be held at respective jurisdiction area.
