1. VALIDITY OF THIS OFFER: Our offer will remain valid for your acceptance for 30 days from
the date of our offer unless we further extend it in writing before the expiry of validity.
2. PRICES: The prices quoted are FOR Delivery ex-Your Site in Bangalore. Quoted prices are
Exclusive of Sales tax @ 18 % GSTIN . However, should there be any change in the rates at the
time of supply; the same will be to customer’s account.
3. DELIVERY: 2-4 Days from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear purchase
order along with the advance payment. Kindly note that the delivery is subject to force majure
condition.
4. PAYMENTS TERMS:
A. Supply of Equipment
 80% of the Order Value as advance with the Purchase Order
 20% of the Order Value after installation
Installation & commissioning covers the following:
a. Main exchange mounting and switching on.
 b. Connecting the instruments in our supply scope and on site programming and
functional testing.
c. Operators Training not exceeding 1 week. If the customer does cabling, we
would require cable routing diagram etc to facilitate installation.
5. WARRANTY: The offered equipment will be covered under warranty for manufacturing defects for
a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning onsite warranty months from the date of
supply whichever is charging only service charge. The warranty does not include physical damage
or damage arising out of misuse, improper handling, poor power conditions, water seepage, rodent
menace, earthquake, lightening etc.
6. SITE REQUIREMENT: Since highly sensitive electronic components are involved in the
equipment, it is mandatory to have dust free space preferably air-conditioned for the exchange.(only
new camera) 1 No. 5 Amp A.C. 220V sockets has to be made available at the location and the
exchange room. All electrical points should have proper earthing. Earth leakage should be less than
0.5 Volts and earth resistance should be less than 2 Ohm. The electrical points should be free from
voltage fluctuations and it is mandatory to have a UPS of reputed make.
The following requires to be done by the customer at site: -
1. Cabling unless it is in our scope.
2. Provision of electrical supply.
3. Earthing as per ISI certification.
4. Provision of CVT.
Computer hardware as per required specification unless it is in our scope of supply.
