SCOOP OF WORK AND USE PARTS

1 . We use outdoor UTP cable cat6 for the cameras and video balun to obtain clear and smooth video
resulotion even 1,000M away from the base of DVR.
2 . if Brgy or Outdoor We use stranded wire for the power supply for smooth energy functionality and we
use meralco post to get strong power to the power supply to better view to all cameras.
If home or office the power of cameras near DVR / NVR we make extention outlet.
3 . We use white junction box medium to protect the cable power supply and video balun
From insect and small animals.
4 . Roughing ins wirings and we use moldings to the base of cctv and big junction box to
clean wirings and parts of cctv NVR/DVR. (This option depend on customer.).
5 . NVR/DVR programing and hard disk storage format.
6 . Testing commissioning and fixing view of all cameras.
7 . We config the NVR/DVR to connect to the mobile phone using internet connection to
view anywere you go.
8 . And we doble check all wires and cameras or computer and network work.
9 . We Do format and install operating system and other application software (customer choice).
10 . We doble check all item computer and case before start the assemble of pc set.
11. We Do Charge Transportaion if we service or warranty to outside metro manila the price charge depend
on How long the distance every warranty and sevice hope you understand.

* 2yrs Warranty of CCTV Parts and 1yr Warranty of Computer Parts
* for repair and service new installation 8 months Warranty for new setup for
Repair 3 months, for Computer Reapair 2 months any issue , overall under normal condition
and proper use.

 VIPER.COM COMPUTER REPAIR shall not be liable for the loss or damage of all item install in the event
of robbery, fire, typhoon and similar natural calamities, and if the customer fault to loss data or any config we
made to the item our shop is not responsible for that any data or files , video loss and re-config for all damage
is other charge to custermer.
 Warranty will be void if seal and sticker are broken if the unit have found abused, misused, repaired by
unauthorized personel or such defects on the item that result to voltage surge, brown outs , lightning , water
damage flood or other similar phenomenon which the company has no control of.
 If the warranty lapsed already and the unit has to replace or repair , there will be charges already depending
on the damage.
