 SPECIFICATION FOR FULLY AUTOMATIC BOTTLE RINSING, FILLING AND

CAPPING MACHINE (MONOBLOCK TYPE)

(The speed will vary depending upon volume to be filled).

The Proposal covers:

1) Automatic Rinsing Unit.
3) Automatic Filling Unit.

MACHINE COMPOSED OF:

1. Machine configuration: 60-80-20 (Rinser - filler - capper) purely mechanical machine for durability.

2. Machine will be made in Stainless Steel- 304 and product contact parts in Stainless Steel-316. The machine base
frame will be in Mild Steel.

3. The bottles have to be manually loaded on the mouth of the Air conveyor. A blower is fitted on top of the frame of
the Air conveyor. The air pushes the bottle further automatically and the bottles enter the Monoblock Rinsing, Filling
& Capping machine.

4. The machine will have 60 washing nozzles working under positive pump pressure of de-mineralized water. The
machine does not include centrifugal pump for de-mineralized water.

5. You would be required to supply water @ 10000 Ltr. Per hour & 40 PSI pressure. The bottles from the air conveyor
will be taken by the star wheel and gripped by two pair of fingers.

6. The gripping fingers will hold the bottles by neck and necessary guide bars will invert the bottle up site down by
180°. Duly inverted bottles will receive water from the washing nozzles on the rear of the machine. The washing will
operate from 90° to 270° rotation of the machine. 0° position is in the front of the operator.

7. The washed bottle will be taken by the star wheel under the filling nozzles. The machine will have 80 filling nozzles.
The bottles will be raised to the filling nozzles by lifting cam. The bottle will be pressed against filling walls and the
same will open. If no bottle is there the filling valves will not open. The juice under vacuum will be filled into the
bottles. Having the Standard Feature of “NO BOTTLE / NO FILL”.

8. As soon as the bottle is full and during rotation of the machine value will be closed positively and bottle will be
lowered and transferred under the capping head. During transfer bottle will pick up the cap from the chute.

9. The bottle will enter the capping turret. The machine will have 20 capping heads. The cap elevator will sort and
deliver the caps to the chute. By adjustable torque chucks, caps will be firmly tightened. Duly capped bottles will be
transferred on the discharge conveyor or will be inline for further application or taken to the collecting table for
further packing.

10. Having the Standard Feature of “NO FILL / NO CAP”.

11. Complete wraparound shell for Rinser - filler - Monoblock with Stainless Steel-304 cladded, machined platform with
precise location for assembled housings. Main drive motor will have variable speed AC drive for easy regulation of
machine operating speed.

The BOPP Labeler machine separate one label from the roll, puts glue to the label, and applies it accurately to your
product.

The BOPP Labeler is the perfect machine for any high volume Hot Melt Glue labeling projects that requires the application
of plastic label to a cylindrical container. With labeling speeds up to 400 BPM the BOPP Labeler delivers high speed, cost
effective labeling solution for any high volume line. Another great feature of this machine is the fast and easy
changeover. Its quick change capability allows for 30 - 60 minute changeovers requiring only a single tool. Less downtime
means more production.

This BOPP Labeler requires negligible cleaning time as the hot wax is only collected in the Glue melt unit and the wax is
sprinkled in dot form on the labels which is sucked by vacuum on the drum. No cleaning of nozzles as the wax
automatically heats up when the unit is started for application, so No blockage of wax in the nozzle

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

TAXES: GST 18% (whichever is applicable) any changes in the government duties at the time of delivery
will be charged extra.

TRANSPORTATION, OCTROI, PACKAGING AND FORWARDING CHARGES: At actual. (If you

require any special packaging for the machine then it will be charged extra)

INSURANCE: At actual will be borne by you.

PAYMENT TERMS: 50 % Advance along with the confirmed purchase order and balance 50% against
Proforma Invoice before the dispatch of the machine.

DELIVERY: 18 - 20 weeks from the date of confirmed purchase order copy with 50 % advance. (Verbal
order will not count)

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING: Our two technicians (Mechanical & Electrical) will do
installation & commissioning but lodging and boarding, conveyance charges will be borne by you and
installation charges will be Rs. 5,000/- per day per person for Mumbai or Rs. 7,000/- For outside Mumbai.
Before calling the technicians for installation of the machine please ensure that the External arrangement
(piping of product line, compressor, pneumatic piping, external civil work, Sleeve rolls, utility etc.) for the
machine should be ready from your side before the installation of our machine. In case the external
arrangement is not available at the time of installation you will totally have to bear the cost of the technicians.

SERVICE CHARGES AFTER INSTALLATION: Service charge per day per Technician will be Rs.
5,000/- for Mumbai or Rs. 7,000/- For outside Mumbai.

MANUAL: Copies of Manual will be provided to you at the time of Installation of the machine.

INSPECTION: At our works before dispatch at your cost.

CANCELLATION: Once we confirm the order, we will take up the manufacture of the machine
immediately in hand. Hence, we cannot accept any cancellation of order and thus we cannot refund your
advance amount back to you. The placing of an order with us implies acceptance of the conditions of sale here
in stated regardless of any constricting clauses in the Buyers purchase order.

VALIDITY: 30 days from the date of Quotation.

WARRANTY: One year from date of our bill against any mechanical manufacturing defects. Items like
motors, rubber components, conveyor belts, bearings, and electronics units’ etc. will not come under the
purview of warranty, even though we purchase the material from reputed manufacturers.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION: Customer has to provide the required samples (Bottle, Caps, and Labels etc)
required in the trial of the machine at his cost. Quantity of the samples will be mentioned prior to the trial.
Please make sure the trail samples are arranged in advance so this may not delay the delivery time. Or
the delivery time scheduled in the quotation will not be valid.
TRAINING: We shall provide all the necessary training regarding the working/maintenance of the machine,
the training charges will be free but the lodging and boarding and conveyance etc of your technician will be
borne by you. If your operator is not trained we are not responsible for the satisfactory working of the
machine

SPECIAL NOTE: If the machine is not picked up after the final inspection (Beyond the delivery time) by
you then we will charge 1.5% per week for the basic value of the machine and it has to be cleared before the
machine dispatch.

JURISDICTION: Any dispute will only be settled in Mumbai Jurisdiction.

Any addition other than the basic/standard machine details mention in the quotation will cost extra.
This quotation cancels all the previous given quotation.
Note: The Company rules the right to change the specification/design for the better functioning of the
machine.
