(2)FILLING SYSTEM (ROTARY 4 head)
The filling system fills every bottle to the desired volume adopting the Vent pipe
filling principle for accurate filling. The mechanical spring loaded filling valves
are actuated automatically by the bottles when lifted up to commence filling. In
this stage again the bottles are held at the neck by neck holding lifters. The
Machine operating speed can be varied using variable speed AC drive.
(4)CAPPING SYSTEM (Rotary 2 head)
In capping system the bottles held at the neck firmly during capping to produce
absolutely leak proof results. Caps are feed into the machine by an automatic
cap elevator with an SS 304 ground level hopper which can accommodate upto
two thousand caps. The cap elevator feed caps at the desired rates to the cap
pickup rotor of the machine.

clients scope.
 Raw water storage tanks, pump, plumbing, ss piping, Oil & Grease will be extra from clients
scope.
 ORDER & PAYMENTS - To book your order you have to pay 50% in advance and rest before
delivery. Order once placed cannot be cancelled whatsoever and incase of cancellation the total
advance money released by the customer will be forfeited.
 TAXES- 18% GST will be charged extra apart from the machinery cost.
 MANUFACTURING & TRANSPORT- Transportation of the machinery will be from anywhere in

India and you have to pay the packaging and transportation charges from the manufacturing
factory to your place. You have to arrange transportation of your machinery from the factory and
in case you are unable to arrange the transportation we will arrange it for you, however we don’t
take any responsibility of the transport company’s delivery time & quality of delivery.
 MACHINE INSURANCE- The insurance of transportation is customers scope & should be borne by
the customer, if consignment is not insured it will be at customer risk. Any lost or damage of the
machinery cannot be claimed to us by the customer.
 DELIVERY- Delivery time is 4 to 6 Weeks depending upon the machine availability. The complete
manufacturing process of the machinery takes between 3 to 5 weeks. Once we receive the
advance payment we will start manufacturing the machinery and after receiving the full and final
payment from the customer it takes additional 10 to 15 days time to complete the machine
manufacturing, testing and transport arrangement, after which the delivery will take place.

 INSTALLATION- Our Engineer will reach customers site/factory for installation after the
machinery is received & raw material arrangement is done by the customer for the machine
trail/installation. Once customer arranges the raw materials and confirms us, our Technician will
reach their place within 10 to 15 days for the installation. Customer has to pay the charges for
