1. Scoring instructions
Use the following instructions to determine your T-P score:

1. Write the number 1 next to items 8, 12, 17, 18, 19, 30, 34, and 35 if you responded S
(seldom) or N (never) to them.

2. Write a number 1 next to all other items if you responded A (always) or F


(frequently) to them.

3. Circle the number 1’s which you have written next to the following items: 3, 4, 8, 10,
15, 18, 19, 22, 24, 26, 30, 32, 34, and 35. Add them to get your P score. Record the
score in the blank space at the bottom of the questionnaire.

4. Count the uncircled number 1’s to determine your T score. Record the score in the
blank space at the bottom of the questionnaire.

2. Interpreting your results


Record your P and T scores on the left and right arms of the following graph. Draw a line
between these two points to determine your shared leadership score.
