INVITATION FOR QUOTATION.
1.
We are in need of items (a) Shearing Blade (02 types) (b) High Pressure
Rubber Hose (c) Sandblasting Nozzel (d) Sandblasting Helmet (e) Painting
Helmet (f) Bluemax II Airless Hose as per the attached specifications (AnnexA).
2.
Please send your offer within 12 June 2014 at 1500 hours on CFR
Hazrat Shahjalal International Air Port, Mongla/ Chittagong Sea Port or
Delivery at KSY site basis with 3% earnest money of total quoted value.
3.

The Main terms and condition are as follows:

a) FOB value, Ocean Freight and Local agent commission is to be

shown
separately.
b) Insurance will be covered by this organization.
c) 10% performance guarantee to be submitted after issuance of letter
of intent. The performance Guarantee will be valid upto warranty period.
d) 100% payment will be made through L/C against shipping
documents or by cheque (incase of delivery at KSY site) after completion of
quality of materials.
e) Manufacturers/ suppliers authorization letter for working as local
agent is to be submitted along with offer.
f) Offer validity 60 days from the date of opening of tender.
g) Shipment/ delivery to be made within 45 days after issuance of
Purchase Order.
h) Late delivery and liquidated damages: Liquidity damage equivalent
to half
percent per week or part thereof on the value of the undelivered
goods may be
realised from the supplier / contractor.
i) Certificate of origin to be submitted along with shipping document.
j) Warranty certificate for smooth operation of 12 months from the date
of
commissioning
k) Photo copy of Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT certificate,
intending license and Bangladesh Bank permission is to be submitted along
with offer.
l) Shipment / delivery as early as possible.
